Important note! If you are moving out between the 1st and 5th and are set up on auto-billing or auto-drafting, you must disenroll from the auto-bill or auto-draft BEFORE the 1st day of the month or else your credit card or checking account will be drafted. If you move out before the 5th and failled to disenroll before the 1st and your credit card or account is drafted, there will be no refunds issued.
